Monstrosity
editWhere to start? This page was merged without discussion or notice (the merged from template was placed on 14 November 2014). There is not justification for the merger. I have also reassessed the article to reflect that neither coverage, accuracy, not supporting materials meet Wiki standard. The only references cited are dead links, and one, a public relations release, in this case is not a reliable source.
- In short, there is no relationship between the 23d Information Operations Squadron and the 318th Operations Support Squadron except for the fact that in 2011 the 318th replaced the 23d. The 23d has a long history as a photographic reconnaissance and intelligence unit. The 318th was an airdrome squadron at Columbia Army Air Base for one year in World War II before being disbanded. It was reconstituted and activated in 2011 as an operations support squadron. Remove the 23d history and this unit does not meet Wikipedia notability standards. --Lineagegeek (talk) 21:51, 12 November 2014 (UTC)
