This article is in good shape. I have a few comments:

• in the lead, suggest "during a partial demobilisation" to avoid part and partial so close together

How odd that they didn't keep their Vickers guns and mortars, surely they would have been helpful in the jungle?

• File:Loading LCI, Vella Lavella 1944.jpg licence doesn't look right. Is there such a thing as PD-NZGov? It seems this would probably fall into Crown copyright if it is an official photograph?
