Bogus site?
editThe article previously linked to http://3lbsshow.com/ but that site looked bogus. I removed the link. If that site turns out to be legit we can add it back. SnappingTurtle 13:24, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry. I added it, not as an official site at all, but because CBS hadn't added anything on their site about the show at the time. They recently have, so you may consider adding cbs.com/primetime/3lbs/, despite their horrible lack of information available. Also, I'm not sure who edited the description to be the word-for-word copy, as that wasn't at all what I had originally put either. Bmelton
- According to the site, the name of the show is "3 lbs" (without a period). Shouldn't this article be renamed to match?
UK screening
editWe are three episodes into the first showing of 3 lbs on BBC tv now, and I thought it might interest fans of this seemingly excellent series to know that the order of episodes shown so far is:
- ep 1: Lost For Words
- ep 2: Disarming
- ep 3: The God Spot
IMO, Disarming makes for a better second episode than 'Of Two Minds' (I watched the three aired eps some time ago in the USA.) The globetrotter 20:34, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
What does this mean? "BBC1 in the UK is airing the 5 unaired episodes from episode 4 on the date of airing is that date." Rojomoke 21:49, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
- I dunno, but I certainly didn't add it! What a mess of a sentence. The globetrotter 23:34, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
On June 3rd 2007 in England, they showed episode 8. Just thought you'd like to know - AlexFili
Unscreened Episodes
edithmmm... isn't it a bit arrogant to suggest that the the episodes that were unscreened in the united states are 'unscreened' when they are being shown elsewhere? I just watched the eopised called 'the god spot' on BBC1 Northern Ireland. 87.192.20.67 23:09, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
- I don't think it's anywhere near being arrogance- it's more that a TV series that only lasted 3 eps in the US has meant that nobodys bothered to edit/update the page in ages! I'm in the UK and intend to do a little updating when the series ends here (so I can get a full overview of it) but if you want to add any content in the meantime, go ahead! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by The globetrotter (talk • contribs) 23:20, 2 April 2007 (UTC).
Theme song
editTrain's "Calling All Angels" is not a cover of Jane Siberry's song with the same title – reference erased. Antiorario —Preceding comment was added at 14:36, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
