The result of the move request was: Move. Cúchullain t/c 14:01, 27 September 2017 (UTC)
- 3rd Regiment of Riflemen (United States) → 3rd Regiment of Riflemen
- Regiment of Riflemen (United States) → Regiment of Riflemen
- 2nd Regiment of Riflemen (United States) → 2nd Regiment of Riflemen
- 4th Regiment of Riflemen (United States) → 4th Regiment of Riflemen

- Comment. The relevant naming convention is WP:MILMOS#UNITNAME, which seems to support the move. But then, we need to be consistent within Category:Rifle regiments of the United States Army, so I amended the original request. I'm not sure if the bot will be able to catch up, though. - Agree - I created the four pages and and disambiguation seemed a good idea at the time. Actually, I still like the idea of disambiguating all unit names because some need it and some don't, but rules are rules.--Georgia Army Vet Contribs Talk 00:25, 20 September 2017 (UTC)
