• Images: Fair use infobox image spot on since both the title card is mentioned in the article body, it is unique to this episode and pretty much covers the discussion of the CGI used for the desert filming as well. Henstridge image's licence is fine as well.
• Lead: Might be worth specifying that this episode specifically follows the actions of Simmons rather than the series overall in that first paragraph. I know you mention it in the second, but using part of the standard line "based on the Marvel Comics organization S.H.I.E.L.D. (Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division)," and then adding "revolving around the character of Jemma Simmons as she is stranded on an alien planet" makes it sound like that is the plot for the entire series, not just this episode.
• Writing: "given the fan following of 'FitzSimmons', the potential relationship between Simmons and Leo Fitz" that comma might be better served by being a semicolon or a dash to break up the otherwise linked arguments in that sentence.
• Casting: "Dalton, Blood, Palicki, Simmons, and Mitchell do not ultimately appear." - uncited.
• Design: I'd just merge this short section into Filming and call it "Design and filming". I'd place the Design line at the end of the first paragraph of filming to tie it all together/
• Cite #4: MTV News rather than just MTV
