Edited to clarify and make it easy to understand that this proportion is for it's use as a substitute for cocaine and not its potency as a stimulant in general, which is what me and other researchers / pages (like psychonautwiki.org) understood at first time. (here is a bit ambiguous, but the other pages clearly states that 4f-mph is 3 times more potent than methylphenidate).
