Article title

So which is it? The title says 380 kV. The article text talks about 400 kV. Astronaut (talk) 04:55, 25 September 2009 (UTC)

I changed all mentions of "400 kV" to read "380 kV" instead. I really don't know which is correct. See WP:BRD. TWCarlson (talk) 14:19, 7 March 2012 (UTC)

Having worked in the UK Electricity Supply Industry (CEGB/NGC) for number of years within the London Area, and undertaken computer studies on that section of the network, the correct voltage is 400kV. NGC, the operators of the transmission system in the UK does not have anything that operates at 380kV. So I am editing the text to correct this and someone needs to edit the title. Who designed it?

I can't seem to find out who designed or built these towers, does anyone know where I should be looking?
