- Infobox
- NYCL registration number needs cited.
- Done
- Maybe add in that it's a contributing property somewhere? There's a way to do it as sort of a banner bar, see Mathew H. Ritchey House for an example
- Done
- Site
- You list 3-9 Nassau street as alternate addresses here, but the infobox says 3-9 Beekman street
- Fixed That was a typo. 3-9 Nassau would place it here. epicgenius (talk) 18:50, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
- Design
- "Two pyramidal towers on the northwest and northeast corners, as well as an annex on the southern side, contain a tenth floor" - Not seeing this in the source
- Fixed I used the wrong source. epicgenius (talk) 18:50, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
- "The original building has vertical ten Bays on Nassau Street" - Don't capitalize Bay
- Fixed And in that same sentence, there is a wording mixup. I fixed that too. epicgenius (talk) 18:50, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
- History
- "The Nassau National Bank Upon Silliman's 1901 death, American Architect and Building News called the building "popular and profitable" - It honestly looks like you started to say something about the Nassau National Bank, but didn't make it further than the first four words
- Fixed I removed the fragment about the bank, which seems to be. I dunno why, but I evidently forgot to proofread it. epicgenius (talk) 18:50, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
- What happened to the building between 1915 and 1942? That's a big gap
- Not much happened. It was held by the same owner, and a few tenants moved in, but there was nothing big such as a renovation or renaming. epicgenius (talk) 18:50, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
- "The property's mortgage was held by the Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank, which took over the building in 1942." - By the bank taking over, is this meaning it was foreclosed on?
- What's the exact date of the NRHP contributing property listing? Only the year is given
- " film shoots for crime TV series such as White Collar," - Maybe it's just my system, but White Collar is perpetually underlined for me, which doesn't seem to make much sense
- Fixed No, it was not just your system. The markup was strangely including underlines as well. epicgenius (talk) 18:50, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
- "the last two events to take place in the building was H&M's fashion show in October 2012 and Proenza Schouler's fashion show in September 2013" - Were, not was
- Done
- " By October 2017, all except nine of the condominiums had been sold" - Anything happen after this point? It's only three years, but it's still possible something has occurred of note with the building
- Well, the penthouse has recently found a buyer, so I added that fact. Currently, there are 14 active listings in the building, but I'd rather not include this, as it would go against WP:NOTGUIDE. epicgenius (talk) 18:50, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
Referencing looks fine, except for the one failed spot check above, all of the other spot checks were clean. Image licensing looks correct. Placing on hold. Hog Farm Bacon 17:51, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
- @Hog Farm: Thanks for the review and for your patience. Had I seen these errors earlier, I would've fixed them before nominating the page! I've addressed all these now. epicgenius (talk) 18:50, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
