I have declined the speedy tag. Although there was a deletion debate in 2014, only two people participated over a two week period, and this version seems to have enough sources to at least have better potential to improve. Ritchie333 ^(talk) ^(cont) 17:59, 8 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
