editJobberone (talk) 03:12, 12 June 2009 (UTC) can someone change title to 6mm x 45 please
This page has numerous problems. Primarily, I cannot find any reference to this cartridge in any reloading manuals nor reputable web sites. The referenced page on the Chuck Hawks site does not mention a 6mm wildcat based on a .221 Remington Fireball. The External Link is to a page about the 6x45mm as well. 6mm wildcats based on the .221 Fireball do exist, the 6mm Whisper is the best-known. The cartridge dimensions and ballistics on in this article match the 6×45mm, as does some of the text. But the 6x45mm is derived from the .223 Remington not the .221 Remington Fireball. The history of the Fireball is correct and included in the .221 Remington Fireball article, although I cannot see how it is relevant. I suggest deleting this page, as most of the correct content is included in the 6×45mm article, and there is no additional content in this article which could be merged with any other article. For the reasons outlined above, I have replaced this page with a redirect to the 6×45mm page. StraightAsADie (talk) 04:22, 4 July 2013 (UTC)
