The last paragraph with quotes from the Houston Chroncle's Allyn West, even though it is not written in Wikipedia voice, seems to fail WP:NPOV. Also, there is too much primary sourcing: Hines and Pickard Chilton. Too much of the article was written from the perspective of what would happen. A total re-write would be in order. All sources available are promotional / press release in nature, which makes it extremely hard to abide by WP:NPOV. I did what I could. Please change if necessary. MitYehor (talk) 20:28, 22 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
