Adding Commanding Officer Bio
editHello, for those of you who follow this page, I plan to add a section about the commanding officer of the 9th Connecticut Regiment. It'll be a biography about his life and how he rose through the ranks of the Continental Army. I hope that this section will be beneficial to users in the future.
