editThere are too many links relating to the High Newton Bypass. Also, the road is not congested through High and Low Newton, it's just got a few bends in it. The statement that the whole of the route from Lindale to Barrow may be considered for dualling should have a citation, otherwise it might be regarded as pure conjecture. - I'd suggest that has been congested, although mostly due to the frequent accidents because of those bends you mentioned, or when large lorries get "stuck". I've changed some of the tenses in the article, on account of the bypass being about to open (the first non-construction vehicle passed along it yesterday) Audigex (talk) 23:53, 5 April 2008 (UTC)
