Better sources are needed for this article!
editThis article is extremely under-sourced. The entire (overly long) lede had absolutely NO reference citations at all, until I inserted a minimal descriptive sentence referenced from Reuters.
Most of the rest of this sizeable article appears to be sourced from the organization, itself -- directly or indirectly. That is not consistent with WP:RS and WP:NPOV. The few independent, substantial sources appear to simply acknowledge that ACAPS is a source for an article or report -- without providing much information about the organization. While I presume that this is a reputable organization, presumptions are NOT the basis for a Wikipedia article; RELIABLE SOURCES are! ~ Penlite (talk) 16:52, 30 March 2021 (UTC)
