Creation of this page

Ervin1118, I'm not going to oppose the creation of this page until it's officially part of a deletion process, but I am taking the time to note that WP:Disambiguation pages are not for non-existing articles. The Authority of Freeport Area of Bataan does not yet exist. This means that the only article for "AFAB" on this page is "Assigned female at birth," which does have an article (even though not its own article). Flyer22 Reborn (talk) 12:03, 16 March 2017 (UTC)

Hi Flyer, Two things: first, there was the redirect page AFAB, and then a {{db-move}} template was placed above it breaking the redirect and marking the page for deletion, so that a disambig page with more than one entry can be moved to this title ("no primary topic" is claimed), which seems fine.

And now there's another link on the disambig page, or there was, till a moment ago when I deleted it for the 3rd (and last) time (see history): the red-linked AFAB (Associação de Futebol Americano do Brasil), which also doesn't exist yet. I suspect we'll see the link back pretty soon when the 3RR timer expires, and I don't really care enough to fight about it if they want it that bad; I've got other fish to fry. Mathglot, I'm not fully understanding your response to me. At the time that I commented, only one listing on this page had an article, which is why this disambiguation page was not needed at all. I'm still not convinced that it's needed simply because Associação de Futebol Americano do Brasil has been added to it.

Flyer22 Reborn It was late and I was frazzled, sorry. It was minor and not worth pursuing at this point, especially since after I last wrote widefox came by, as you noticed, and fixed up the problems. But since you asked, I was agreeing with you, that there was only one item with a real link (the redirect at AFAB) the other being the Bataan Freeport thing and the (disambig) page wasn't really needed, but the whole thing is moot, now. In the interim, before widefox, another user started edit-warring and misinterpreting the redlink DAB rules, and then said in their ES that I was edit-warring and told me to go read the redlink rule they were misinterpreting. Ha! I guess I let that bother me, and edit-warred right back (not past 3), and shouldn't have. Anyway, water over the bridge; sorry to have wasted your time. I owe you one. Happy editing! No problem. It could be argued that Assigned female at birth is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC but the bar for acronyms seems higher so I discounted it. Widefox; talk 09:41, 6 July 2017 (UTC)
