What can I say apart from LOL: "reforms" indeed. The OP meant to say "purges". See Wikipedia's own definition of "reform" here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reform "Reform means the improvement or amendment of what is wrong, corrupt, unsatisfactory"
