I have actually been through the definitions & readings within the article on AMVETS posted here in Wiki, and the one thing I cannot locate or an having trouble finding is ‘what it is they specifically do’? I am sorry to be so ambiguous in nature with such a request, but usually somewhere inside the body of a translation or history there’s a short or reminder, at any length of what maybe an organization like this actually does ? So far, I’ve found it’s ; non-profit, maybe run by veterans, like you thank you for your service ladies & gentlemen, claims year end holdings under a 501-C, or a federally tax deferrable form, which is great ! I’m under the impression they’re organized to help veterans who need help do so with an esteem level of achievement, may you if I’m wrong ? Thank you. 2601:153:981:3160:0:0:0:795B (talk) 13:30, 5 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
