According to this website it's Krieger waves.

trial on starship

edit

This is incorrect:

Picard is unwilling to submit to this demand, and instead requests the trial be held on the Enterprise holodeck, where the crime can be easily re-enacted.

I have just viewed the episode and it is clear that it is not the trial that he wants to be held on the enterprise. He asks Chief Inspector Krag to let him review the evidence held against Riker before agreeing to an extradition. There is even this dialog between Picard an Diana at about the inquiry: "The evidence warants a trial. I will have to allow extradition" This makes it clear that the inquiry on the Enterprise is not the trial but an extradition hearing.

I have changed that passage to better reflect this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.157.176.74 (talk) 19:22, 12 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Bloopers

Do we really need the 'Bloopers' section? Lots42 (talk) 08:57, 24 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

On a website who's job it is to be a symposium of information? ...Uh yes... People come to this site to get information, any and all, about the subjects they are looking up. So removing information from a page, surely, goes against the very purpose of Wikipedia? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C5:B902:9301:C8B0:E0E:E2A9:6FFE (talk) 17:03, 14 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

LOL so it's been removed. Sure. I just watched this and noticed that the incriminating holodeck reconstruction shows Riker whipping out his phaser and firing just as he's being transported, but when he beams aboard the Enterprise, there is no phaser in his hand. Therefore it didn't happen that way, and the transporter chief could have testified to that. I don't know if that's a "blooper" or simply a failure of the entire plot. Very poorly done.
