There is no mentioning of any major battle between the Ottomans and Safavids in 1616. The Ottoman Army sieged Yerevan unsuccessfully (11 September-5 November) and withdrew to Erzurum with high casualties. Any battle with the name of "Gökçe War" between the Ottomans and Safavids is non-existent in history.
Iskandar Beg Munshi, the court historian of the Safavid emperor Shah Abbas I does not mention any such battle. And the Turkish historians of that time give details about the Siege of Revan, although it was a failure for the Turkish army. See further reading about the campaign:

A war happened near Lake Gokce (Sevan) hence why it's called like that. The articles title has just been formed the creator of the article, who wanted to combine both events; namely the capture and sack of Tbilisi, as well as the battle that happened near Lake Sevan afterwards.
