I've restored this via a REFUND request, as this was already deleted once via PROD. Articles can only be PRODed once and there's a mild enough assertion of notability here to where it'd wouldn't really qualify for a speedy deletion (ie, the article coverage), so AfD is sort of the only outlet here.
