Interwiki link?

edit

The article has an interwiki link to an article in German, but it leads nowhere. My preliminary search under alternate spellings in the German Wikipedia was fruitless (nor, for that matter, did I find any article in the Hebrew Wikipedia). I'd appreciate help in locating other Wikipedia articles on Abraham Sutzkever. Thanks, Deborahjay 03:44, 14 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

The link to the German artcle entitled "Abraham Sutzkever" now works. Davshul (talk) 20:09, 20 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Date of death

edit

There are conflicting reports as to the date of death of Sutzkever, either January 19 or January 20. As currently stated in the article, and as reported by New York Times[1] and Forward[2], as well as Haaretz (English)[3], he died on (the morning of) January 20. According to certain articles in the Hebrew media, including Walla[4], as well as currently stated in eight of the nine Wikipedia articles in languages other than English, he died on January 19. The report in Hebrew in YNET dated January 20[5] states that he died "tonight" (הלילה). However, as such report appears to be timed at 11.31 a.m., "tonight" could presumably refer to the previous night (being the night when such report could have been written). I would go with what the larger newspapers said: Morning of January 20. --Eliscoming1234 (talk) 15:53, 27 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
