This article mentions that the term the "The Absolute and the relative" was introduced by Peter Unger in his 1971 paper A Defense of Skepticism. But this is not accurate. The conceptual understanding of the "The Absolute and the relative" is an older philosophical concept. See The Kybalion https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Kybalion published in 1908 by "Three Initiates".
