Title

I moved this from aburage. Before anyone considers moving it back there, let me make it clear that the second a in aburaage is not simply an elongation of a vowel. It's an independent vowel (the word consists of abura + age), and the transliteration should reflect this. TomorrowTime 05:18, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

Start tidying up

I moved the page to the hyphenated form, abura-age, because this is given by Kenkyusha. Then as I was going through, I realised that the second paragraph was referring to the subject as a "Tofu pouch", which seems reasonable. This should obviously be explained, but I have a passion about getting rid of the standard WP lead style: a looong sentence, with "<subject> (<dustbin>) is a <whateveritis>", where the dustbin contains everything about the name, how it is pronounced, written, history, dialects, foreign equivalents etc ad nauseam. As it stands, there would be three different sorts of variant: varying romanisations (hyphen or not), varying Japanese names (it is also commonly known as aburage), and foreign equivalent ("tofu pouch").
