Will it actually be built?
editHi Dan arndt. Regarding these concerns, there is already a construction site, a model apartment at the same location, and pre-sales are already ongoing. The construction site is also visible on Google Maps. Will try to get some pictures when I pass that way again. Cheers, Rehman 12:28, 11 October 2016 (UTC)
- Rehman, I wasn't commenting on whether it wouldn't be built, rather than until the building is completed (based on my experience with construction) there are always changes (i.e. the funding for the project might be withdrawn or they don't obtain enough pre-sales). I think that there is enough there to establish notability, as per WP:GNG, however the article could do with more information such as where exactly the building site is, who are the company behind the development, where are they sourcing the funding, who is the architect, has a contractor been appointed, what is the estimated cost of the building and what is the estimated timeframe for completion. I'd suggest that listing Majestic City under the subheading See also is not particularly relevant. Pictures of the construction site would assist (though I realize that is not always possible). All the best. Dan arndt (talk) 05:28, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, point well noted. The information you requested is available online, but I did not find the time to add the information, my mistake. I will do so shortly. The architects are Palmer & Turner Group and Index Design of Singapore. And the contractor is Maga. The [currently active] construction site is the coordinates which I've added above. I will try to get pictures after this weekend. Cheers, Rehman 13:51, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
