I think this article and Acido-1 RNA motif might be duplicates (i.e. on the exact same thing). I am not a biologist so I don't understand the little cell diagram, so maybe there is some finite distinction. But reading the text, they seem to be the same thing. Although on a similar topic, the two articles are talking about different things. The details in the text are different (e.g., in which phyla they appear) and, crucially, the structural diagrams are different.
