One page for each campus?
editAs there are four campuses in Oxford and Cherwell Valley College - one in Oxford City Centre, one in Blackbird Leys, one in Banbury, and one in Bicester - would it be better to create an article about these four campuses instead of each individual campus? Manm hk 11:43, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Requested move
edit- The following discussion is an archived discussion of the proposal. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the proposal was moved by Coreyemotela. Trout to them for not moving the talk page. Anyway, it's all cleaned up now. --BDD (talk) 17:44, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
Oxford and Cherwell Valley College → Activate Learning – Since OCVC is now called Activate Learning, could someone please move it to a new page named Activate learning? Samluke132 (talk) 13:40, 6 May 2014 (UTC)
- I moved it. Coreyemotela (talk) 21:03, 6 May 2014 (UTC).
- So I see, and now others will need to clean up after you. There was no valid raionale for the move (see WP:AT and WP:official names), you haven't moved the talk page (and now I've innocently created one at its target) and you haven't closed the RM. Please read Wikipedia:Requested moves/Closing instructions, and if you're not prepared to close the RM, please don't move a page under a current RM. But in this case it's possible that the article will (again) be deleted anyway. Andrewa (talk) 00:57, 15 May 2014 (UTC)
- The above discussion is preserved as an archive of the proposal. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on this talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
Notability
editThis article currently [1] makes no claim as to the notability of its topic, the only references are the organisation's own websites, and it reads like an advertisement.
It has been speedy deleted once, and the content both before and since that deletion is largely (perhaps entirely) from single use accounts, presumably associated with the institution.
I suspect it should now go to AfD. Interested in other views. Andrewa (talk) 00:32, 15 May 2014 (UTC)
Contested deletion
editThis page should not be speedily deleted because it appears to be a valid article subject of a group of further education colleges. --Philafrenzy (talk) 18:25, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
