Renaming: Valea Perilor (castra)

edit

None of the official lists of archaeological sites use the name "Ad Mutriam". One of them (RAN) refers to the site as "castra at Valea Perilor" [1], while the other, the official list of monuments ([2], page 1222) refers to the same site as "fortress made of earth". Therefore, the present name of the article contradicts WP:Title. I suggest a new name: Valea Perilor (castra). Borsoka (talk) 06:07, 2 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

The title of the article contradicts to modern reliable sources. Neither is clear, whether the source from the 1880s identifies the archaeological site in question with Amutria/Ad Mutriam, or the source only provides an alternative name (Ad Mutriam instead of the documented Amutria) without determining its location. Therefore, I suggest that the article should be renamed. Borsoka (talk) 03:23, 3 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
Pippidi 1976 is a modern reliable source. So no need to worry. Saturnian (talk) 07:40, 1 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
