This company shares it board members and some of its staff with the Adams Express Company, although it is not a subsidiary. I feel that this belongs in the article, but can't find independent (non-company) sources to verify this. Obviously a publically-traded could hardly afford to lie about this sort of thing, but I know the rules. Does anyone have second- or third-party information about this which could be cited? I understand the reason for the link at the bottom of the article.
