Etymology of adarga
editIn the article it is stated that adarga comes from a Berber word meaning oryx. I couldn't find any source supporting this etymology. Everywhere else, included the Wiktionary page for adarga, mentions the Arabic word "daraqa" from Persian "darice" as the source for adarga.
