Thomas Hogan incapacity?
editThis edit states that Hogan is incapacitated due to illness, and cites "Report on capacities of federal employees, US Senate Report, No. 144 (10 July 2012) at page 18 para. 3" for that statement. I can't find anything to support this. There's nothing about incapacity on the AO page or anywhere else that I can find. Congressional reports are online here at the GPO. Senate Report no. 112-144 (that would be Senate Report no. 144 of the 112th Congress that was in place in July 2012) is on a completely different subject, the 10 Million Solar Roofs Act. It was also dated Feb. 7, 2012. None of the Senate reports around July 10 are on this topic. I can find no report with "capacities of federal employees" in its title. I checked the House reports, in case a House report was the intended target, but no luck there, either.
I am going to remove this text for now. Certainly it can be recovered if a verifiable and reliable source can be found to support it. TJRC (talk) 16:50, 2 February 2013 (UTC)
What does the seal mean?
editWhat are those things on the seal, and what do they all mean? Who made it? 120.151.160.158 (talk) 09:00, 16 April 2013 (UTC)
