editEdit Question Do the four terrestrial plains serve any administrative purpose? As far as I can tell, the regions are the highest administrative subdivision. If that's true, we should take the plains out of this article. Anyone know better than me? Mjsmith5 (talk) 22:56, 29 October 2015 (UTC)

editBelow, the district area, are these all administrative divisions, or are they municipal/local governments? Just curious if these are statutory units of which districts are divided into and thus cover the entirety of the country, or option local governing units. I'm just guessing, but I imagine that in many cases, these aren't all that well organized or given much power, huh? --Criticalthinker (talk) 10:30, 30 September 2018 (UTC)
