Proposed Deletion
edit
This page is horribly confused. The works listed look to be from Telemann's Kapitänsmusik, a series of annual oratorios and serenades for the banquet (convivium) of the Hamburg militia captains. See [1]
The title refers to a different body of work by Telemann, Admiralitätsmusik, written for the Jubilee Centenary of Hamburg's admiralty in 1723. See the German Wikipedia article [2] and this BBC review [3]
Wherever they're from, none of the works listed have any titles or TWV numbers. In fact, most of these works are listed as missing. This list is virtually impossible to verify and looks like original research. No source whatsover is supplied for the list, and there is no context given. I'm proposing this for deletion. - Update I've now re-written the article, using correct material for this subject. The old material will be re-cycled in an appropriately titled article on Telemann's Kapitänsmusik. Voceditenore (talk) 22:32, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
