En 1959 En ocasión de la fundación de ANIS, Rosendo dio la posición del jefe espiritual a su hijo, Adrián Esquino Lisco. Desde entonces, el hermano Esquino Lisco ha viajado sobre a 75 países y los cuerpos internacionales, incluyendo las Naciones Unidas, el congreso de los E.E.U.U., y Ginebra, Suiza.

“Adrián Esquino Lisco no solamente levantó la presencia de los indígenas en su país sino que vino a Estados Unidos, y Europa para estrechar lazos con otras comunidades hermanas”, recuerda el jefe Billy Tayac, de Nación Piscataway en el condado de Charles, al sur de Maryland.
