Adtech and Time Warner Cable

edit

TWC has a brower hijacker via dnsresearch.com that is quite persistent. One will notice that Adtech is the sole tracker on this site. A section needs to be added by one of the editors that addresses the web penetration in the United States. I will wait a reasonable amount of time in hopes of an appearance; otherwise, I may make an attempt.

The article creator certainly contributed some useful information, as consistent with his Linkedin resume;

VP Product Management and SupportADTECH US, Inc

April 2007 – November 2009 (2 years 8 months)Greater New York City Area

ADTECH US is the North American branch of the a leading digital marketing solutions company which is based in Germany. It currently has a significant share of the European market and has been in New York City since the fall of 2006. It was purchased by aol. in 2007.

After the acquisition, I was brought on board to build the team in the US including sales, sales support, customer support and product development for the US Customer base. Responsible for day to day operations, the group grew from three in New York City to over fifty with offices with sales teams in Chicago, Toronto, Los Angeles and sales and support in Boston, San Francisco as well as the main North American office in New York City.

Our customer base ranged from startups and ad networks to some of the largest publishers in North America.

For objectivity, the annoyance of a ad serving browser hijack offered to Time Warner customers should have contributors to the article from a larger community and with industry trade citations.
