Start of New EMT-I page
editI've started this page (poorly, I admit) to provide a home for all the information about the USA's EMT-I levels of EMT. This page should grow to represent the US view and the view from state to state.Fr33kMan (talk) 01:48, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
Error in Michigan?
editThe statement that EMT-B standards are nearing EMT-Paramedic level has got to be incorrect, unless Michigan is going rogue against national standards and training basic EMTs in some invasive procedures or medication administration. There is a great divide between the EMT-B and Paramedic scope of practice, which will have to exist by default. Only intermediate and advanced levels "blur the lines" so to speak. I just don't know what the author might know about Michigan or what he/she is trying to say to correct it. Maybe the statement was intended to be that EMT-S standards are nearing the EMT-Paramedic level. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ricknickster (talk • contribs) 14:15, 8 August 2013 (UTC)

Somebody with specific knowledge, take a look at TN
editGreetings! Just reading through the TN section, I'm confident that there are some changes that have occurred since its last review (I have known a few TN EMS guys), however I have little knowledge of that state and online sources are scarce. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tres1394 (talk • contribs) 06:10, 15 April 2016 (UTC)
