Request for collaboration

I'm now working with Aetna on improving this article. I'm focused on rewriting the history and fines sections in prose rather than as a list, as well as ensuring the information in the article is up-to-date and well-sourced. I'm planning on working on a draft in my sandbox. Does anyone want to collaborate on improving the article?--FacultiesIntact (talk) 03:03, 18 December 2018 (UTC)
