58th in the infobox

edit

I've 'again' restored 58th in the Prime Minister infobox. The numbering is on the infobox of all Shafik's predecessors. User:Mewulwe is merely reverting it, to be spiteful. GoodDay (talk) 17:45, 21 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

We've agreed to delete the numbering from all the Egyptian PM infoboxes. GoodDay (talk) 18:17, 21 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

File:Ahmed Shafik.png Nominated for speedy Deletion

edit
An image used in this article, File:Ahmed Shafik.png, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

Political Views

edit

A new section stating political views would be very helpful.

Spelling of Shafik vs. Shafiq

edit

In any Romanization of Arabic, kaf and qaf remain two distinct letters. In my opinion, Shafiq is preferred because more correct, with an "also spelled" for the variant "Shafik". The IPA seems correct, though obviously I don't speak Arabic. What is your take on this? Wakari07 (talk) 20:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
