Hi. As noted in a recent procedural deletion (PROD) tag, this small primary school doesn't appear to have independent notability (Schools are not automatically notable, and this one is no more notable than the other 3,000 of so primary schools in Ireland). However, as also noted in the PROD, perhaps (as an alternative to deletion) the content here could be covered in a broader article on the townland in which the school stands. Which may meet WP:GEOLAND. Unless there are other thoughts, I therefore propose to rescope (expand) this article. To cover the townland as a whole (its name, area, population, geographic features, built heritage, etc - including the school). And to retitle (move) the article. To Aillebrack. Thoughts? - Strong support, I do see potential, don’t have time myself for a few days but prefer this option to deletion. There are buildings of note, a good beach, a factory, etc. And while town lands qualify for articles in principle, yet are often a stretch to populate, I do see such articles of up to C grade often enough. - Thanks. I've gone ahead with the proposed "rescope" (expansion) and the related "retitle" (move). Additional input/tweaks are (of course) entirely welcome. Guliolopez (talk) 16:47, 19 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
