If you're looking for decent info, better to use Nicolaisen, Iain Taylor (Mac an Tailleir) or even Watson's Celtic Placenames of Scotland. AAA's contributions are badly researched and usually based on the English.-MacRùsgail (talk) 14:41, 20 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Many of their supposed Gaelic placenames are simply translations from cartographers' English into Gaelic. For example: Broomhouse - Taigh na scuab (house of the brush); Bridgeton - Baile na Drochaid (town of the bridge).
