Simple note: This '70s band article is a stub; it needs devolopment, additional citations, discography, band history, etc. Although I am a little intrigued by the fact that two and a half years hasn't brought devolopment and proposed deletion, I do agree that there's not a lot of info about this band on the internet. But there is enough for this article to have at least some decent structure, which I will be adding, but would appreciate some help.24.107.242.174 (talk) 23:55, 8 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

One of the best albums ever recorded, so I am pleased to help if I can. Martinevans123 (talk) 21:27, 10 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
Air had a further CD issue, "feauring Googie", in 2009 with "In Need Of You" [1]. Martinevans123 (talk) 11:34, 11 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
Googie featured on the 1970 debut solo album by Hermeto Pascoal (reissued on CD as Brazilian Adventure). Martinevans123 (talk) 20:38, 4 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Her real name was Carolyn Coppola. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.1.43.160 (talk) 07:20, 22 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Her real name was Carolyn Brooks Gottlieb. I last received and email from her on March 8, 2008. She responded to an inquiry from me about the 1980 release, "Joyous Flame", recorded by she and her former husband, Tom Coppola. It appears she passed later that same month of March 2008. I am trying to find out the exact date. DCDenise March 4, 2016 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 152.180.7.254 (talk) 21:04, 4 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Should this article be titled for the band?

edit

When this article was originally created it was titled for the band. At one point it was changed to be about the album instead. If all the band did was make this one album, that's appropriate. However, if the group did other things, such as touring and other recording, which seems to be indicated by this reference: Cary Ginell (1 March 2014). The Evolution of Mann: Herbie Mann and the Flute in Jazz. Hal Leonard. pp. 124–. ISBN 978-1-4803-9249-6. then it would be a better as a band article.

If the article title was changed to Air (American band), (since there is a better known French band with the same name), Air (1971 album) could be a redirect title to the same article. This is just a suggestion.—Anne Delong (talk) 03:25, 24 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
