Non-free logo usage
editI removed File:Air China Logo.svg from the infobox per WP:NFCCE because its usage in this article was not in compliance with WP:NFCC. Each usage of a non-free logo such is as this is required to satisfy all 10 non-free content criteria. One of these criteria is WP:NFCC#10c which states that a separate, specific non-free use rationale is needed each time non-free content is used on Wikipedia. The does have a non-free use rationale for Air China, but no such rationale for this article. Sometimes this can be resolved by simply providing the appropriate rationale, but it this case there is another problem with using this file in this article. Number 17 of WP:NFC#Unacceptable use says that the logos of parent entities are not to be used in articles about their child entities. Air China Cargo is a subsidiary company of Air China, which means it is considered the "child entity" in this particular and the Air China logo should not be used. A logo specific to Air China Cargo such as the one being used on its official website is specific enough to the company for use in this article. This logo can be uploaded to Wikipedia as non-free and used in the article's infobox as along as it's provided with an appropriate non-free use rationale. Essnetially the same logo can be found here and is used on the company's official Linkedin page. -- Marchjuly (talk) 13:00, 15 April 2016 (UTC)
