Predecessors
editThis article should either have a section about the history of US Air Force intelligence or link to an article which elaborates on this going back to the point when Air Force intelligence was separated from general military intelligence. __meco (talk) 08:38, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
- Agree. Will do some FOIAs and get more background info before I tear the page up. TDRSS (talk) 02:35, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
- See http://www.afisr.af.mil/shared/media/document/AFD-061130-022.pdf for a solid summary of this history. The USAFSS has a Wiki page which mentions the sequence of events which lead from the USAFSS to the AIA, which in turn is now AFISRA. This history should be included on this page. ISR Org Chart
editAdded AFISRA organizational chart to photo gallery. Info was released by AFISRA, so the UNCLASSIFIED/FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY does not apply. I offer the caveat because some one will freak about it being on wikipedia. Have a problem - call AFISRA public affairs and ask the question. TDRSS (talk) 02:35, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
Page needs work, lots of work
editThe page needs more data. While mentioning NSA, no mention made of NRO. Just one gross example. The page needs additional links. The page reads like a summary of the external PR sheets. 74.95.195.137 (talk) 18:27, 5 November 2011 (UTC)
Will become 25th Air Force under ACC in fall 2014
