Standards re: quality
edit"China causes 30 to 50 percent of the PM2.5 in South Korea on normal days, but 60 to 80 percent on the worst days.[7]"
This citation is to an article that repeats information given by the relevant government ministry, but neither references the government in the text nor investigates the source for that claim (what data the government puports to have). If this were a college paper it would be graded poorly as this isn't a *primary source* like a gov publication, presentation, but rather a claim based on data that isn't referenced. If you're going to quote, fine, but be clear who you're quoting. Even if this is done, however, it isn't the data itself and is therefore not a satisfying source, especially for such a contested claim. Thus, as it stands, the misleading way in which this vague claim (without name of speaker, date of publication, etc.) is used is akin to propaganda and whoever is editing this article should first take the time to do their research if they're aiming to become anyone else's source on the present topic. I am removing said citation, but not the line. Please either change the sentence to reflect the source or find proper data. N.aandeg (talk) 02:16, 31 October 2020 (UTC)
