Overall:
Comment: The approximate number of Ladino speakers is confirmed by the first hook citation & the name is semi-confirmed by the second hook citation, which is in Spanish. There are other citations in the article that better confirm the name. I also found a source in English that confirmed both number & name:

Question
editEytanMelech, Longhornsg, do you know what the academy has been doing since its creation? The article only mentions a single meeting in January 2020. I can't find a website, apart from https://autoridadnasionala.wixsite.com/autoridadnasionala/copia-de-%D7%94%D7%90%D7%A7%D7%93%D7%9E%D7%99%D7%94-%D7%94%D7%99%D7%A9%D7%A8%D7%90%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%AA-%D7%9C%D7%9C%D7%90%D7%93%D7%99%D7%A0%D7%95 . which links to a Facebook page. There was a critical article in El Pais in 2019 La Academia del ladino encalla antes de nacer. TSventon (talk) 03:56, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
- @TSventon: I can't find anything more recent, unless it provides support and guidance to the universities in Israel that are teaching Ladino. Longhornsg (talk) 19:01, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
- The academy is sharing a (presumably free) Wixsite with the Autoridad Nasionala del Ladino, which suggests that it has little or no money. I have added a sentence about funding from the El Pais source already in the article. TSventon (talk) 19:35, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
