I'm the one who created this article -- it happens to be my own neighborhood.
What kind of references would be needed?
The immigration office, for example.
It is in the neighborhood and is a very important place in Dubai -- nearly every newcomer needs to find it. So, it's an important piece of information but how do you reference something like that?
The same for the other sites located in Jafilia. All are correct, BTW.
As for the lack of links -- that's probably can't be changed. It will have a link to the main Dubai page and maybe -- at most -- to any future pages about specific sites in Jafilia. However, being mostly residential, there isn't going to be a ton of links. Most likely they'll be referenced off-site by other web sites.
