missing 2002 redistricting?

According to the Artur Davis article, "Hilliard's district had been greatly altered in 2002 redistricting" which is postulated as a big factor in Davis' win. Shouldn't that be mentioned here, (assuming it happened)? Gzuckier 17:53, 28 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
