- If this is true, Mr. Balfour needs to send an email from a verifiable email address to the Wikimedia Foundation wmf:Contact us indicating such a release of his copyright. Otherwise it will be treated as copyright infringement. I have redacted my nomination to have the article deleted, as I believe Mr. Balfour does meet the notability guidelines for academics, and am working on summarizing the CV page from his website.
