My father was Chief Draftsman of North Carolina Granite Corporation. He worked with the artist and had the task of plotting the stainless steel studs representing the stars in the sky. My understanding was, Einstein was gazing at the position of the stars at the moment of his birth.

Photograph available, but does it break copyright rules?
editI have a photograph of the "chocolate Einstein memorial" mentioned in the article, but am reluctant to upload it as I think it might breach copyright rules (the chocolate memorial is not in a public place).Norman21 (talk) 21:32, 2 May 2011 (UTC)
Unsure if notable but just in case
editIf any of you get on a googling binge some night, see if you can find some sources on the fact that college students will put beer bottles and liquor in Einstein’s hand friday and saturday nights: it is a long and storied tradition that stretches back to the 1980s. I wish I was joking. Rejewskifan (talk) 21:14, 30 April 2017 (UTC)
