Korda - where did he take this name from?
editKorda is a typically Polish, Czech and Hungarian last name. Considering that Poland and Cuba were closely related countries in terms of communism (even today some Cubanos own the Polish Fiat-126 cars, in Cuba called "Polaquito"), and that from the Eastern European nations, the Poles were the most likely to be the immigrants to Cuba, the name Korda seems to be of purely Polish origin. However, this is not his real surname. So, where did Alberto take this name from? Wasn't this his mother's family name? Or he just heard it somewhere? Yatzhek (talk) 21:17, 18 March 2014 (UTC)
