Wording clean up

I shifted some stuff around to try to improve the wording. I moved the function of the laws (the most important info) to the beginning of the article. The original indicated that 30 states had alcohol exclusion laws, while 8 permited insurance companies to deny coverage for alcohol related injuries. As that seems to be the whole purpose of the law, what is the difference between the 30 states and the 8 states? For now, I just removed the 8 -- the "over 30" technically includes them anyway. Ambiguity?

Neither the article nor the page specify what type of insurance this relates to automotive, health, home, etc. If I pass out at home, hit my head, and have a positive BAC, is my trip to the ER not covered? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nerdnoise (talk • contribs) 15:15, 28 November 2008 (UTC)
